Season your steaks and place in food storage bag or vacuum seal. If using food storage bag, use the water displacement method to remove as much air out as possible. Set aside.
Prepare your sous vide water bath and set to desired temperature.
Clip the bag into the water bath and let cook for about 2 hours.
Once done, remove the strip steak and sear on skillet, grill pan or on grill. Approximately 1 minute on each side to create a beautiful seared brown texture. Let rest 5 minutes.
