uncooked penne pasta

marinated artichoke hearts

cup
red peppers diced
1/2
cup
orange peppers diced

cup
cucumbers diced
1
pint
grape tomatoes halved
6
ounce can
black olives drained
1
tsp
lemon pepper
2
tbsps
lemon juice
1/4
cup
chopped fresh parsley
1
cup
crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Cook penne pasta as directed. Drain and let cool.
Drain artichoke hearts and reserve liquid to dress salad.
In large bowl combine all ingredients. Drizzle with reserved artichoke marinade and toss. Refrigerate for about an hour.
