Instructions
Salt and Pepper Chicken. Sear in hot pan for approximately 1 minute each side. Add oil if needed depending on your pan, Continue to all chicken is seared. Place all chicken back into pan. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake at 425° for approximately 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
Remove thyme leaves. Zest with lemon or squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
