2 tips to a moist and delicious meatloaf! Add 2 tablespoon of cold water to recipe. Spread thin to approximately 1 inch. Add a great sauce to ensure sweetness in every bite!

Ingredients
Meatloaf Base

beef, pork, and or Italian sausage: combination of your liking
1
cup
bread crumbs
1/4
cup
chopped onions

eggs

tbsps
COLD water

tbsps
fresh herbs: parsley and/or basil
Sweet Sauce Topping
3/4
cup
ketchup
3/4
cup
Brown Sugar

tbsp
yellow mustard
Instructions
Combine all ingredients of Meatloaf Base into a large bowl. Mix completely.
Place into 8½x11 pan and spread to 1- to 1½ inches.
Mix Sweet Sauce ingredients together.
Spread over meatloaf base.
Bake 375° for 1/2 hour

❤️Substitution: You can use a packet of dried onion soup mix instead of onion, salt, pepper, and herbs.
