Avocado Spring Roll with Miso Sauce

Fresh take on traditional Spring Roll using avocados, red cabbage and sesamee seeds.

Miso Sauce
- 1 ½ Tbsp Red Miso Sauce
- 1 Tsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Sesame Oil
Spring Roll Ingredients
- 6 Rice Papers
- 1 Avocado Sliced into 6 even pieces
- 1/2 Cup Julienne Red Cabbage
- 3 Tsp. Sesame Seeds approx. ½ tsp. sprinkled per roll
- Fresh Mint
Spring Roll
Lay out all Spring Roll ingredients for assembly. Fill a large bowl with very warm water. Lay one rice paper in bowl and soak for about 15 sec. or until pliable. Lay on ceramic plate and spread evenly. Working with closest side to you leaving about 1" perimeter, create a small pile of the red cabbage, avocado, sesame seeds and mint. Begin rolling covering your pile. After one revolution, fold each side in like a burrito. Complete rolling.
