Simple homemade dressing using 4 ingredients! Peaches, EVOO, white balsamic, and honey. Absolutely delicious. Great on grilled peach salad and chicken.

Ingredients

1 ripe peach pit removed quartered
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 cup White balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey adjust to taste

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into food processor. Skins can be left on. Blend until smooth about 1 minute. Salt and then taste to adjust desired sweetness. Repulse.
