Equipment

  • 1 Sous Vide

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken
  • 1/2 packet dry taco seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Coat chicken in ziploc bag with seasoning mix. Press air out by rolling bag. Place in Sous Vide bath set to 150°
  • After cooking time is reached, place chicken with juice into bowl. Shre with two forks.
