Olive Tapenade
A delicious Mediterranean spread you can finish in 10 minutes. Perfect for charcuterie board! Serve with hummus, flatbread, pita, or vegetables like cucumbers. Also makes a great spread for sandwiches or bruschetta.

Ingredients
- 2 6 oz cans Black Olives or about 2 1/2 cups
- 2 tbsp Capers drained
- 2 tbsp Marinated Sun-Dried Tomatoes drained
- 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp Dry Oregano
- 4 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh Basil chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- 1-2 tsp Anchovies or paste If desired
Instructions
- Assemble in food processor and mix.
