A delicious Mediterranean spread you can finish in 10 minutes. Perfect for charcuterie board! Serve with hummus, flatbread, pita, or vegetables like cucumbers. Also makes a great spread for sandwiches or bruschetta.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 6 oz cans Black Olives or about 2 1/2 cups
  • 2 tbsp Capers drained
  • 2 tbsp Marinated Sun-Dried Tomatoes drained
  • 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dry Oregano
  • 4 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Basil chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 1/4 cup EVOO
  • 1-2 tsp Anchovies or paste If desired

Instructions
 

  • Assemble in food processor and mix.
