Fabulous salad with homemade dressing!
This Italian Salad, inspired by the Olive Garden Salad, is a homerun! Beautifully balanced with fresh romaine and delicious toppings. The dressing is incredible and is so quick to make! I love that it can be stored in refrigerator for up to a week.
In warmer weather, I found this salad is especially tasty offering just enough flavor to enhance any meal. The dressing is also great to marinate or dress chicken!
