Dijon Chicken & Baby Bella Mushrooms
❤️This one skillet dinner made in 30 minutes will become a favorite as it has been in our family for over 20 years!❤️The great thing with this delicious sauce is you can substitute chicken for shrimp and even vegetarian patties.

Ingredients
- 1 lbs Chicken tenderloins
- 5 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms sliced
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom
- 1/2 cup Chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Deli Mustard
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup Canned drained corn
- 1/8 cup Chopped green onions
Instructions
- Salt and Pepper Chicken Tenderloins. Sear chicken, approximately 2 minutes per side, until golden brown. Transfer chicken to plate.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for 2 minutes. Whisk in soup, broth, and mustards. Bring to a slow simmer.
- Return chicken to skillet and submerge in sauce. Top with corn, tomatoes, and green onions. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
