Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs Chicken tenderloins
  • 5 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms sliced
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Deli Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Canned drained corn
  • 1/8 cup Chopped green onions

Instructions
 

  • Salt and Pepper Chicken Tenderloins. Sear chicken, approximately 2 minutes per side, until golden brown. Transfer chicken to plate.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for 2 minutes. Whisk in soup, broth, and mustards. Bring to a slow simmer.
  • Return chicken to skillet and submerge in sauce. Top with corn, tomatoes, and green onions. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
